Last week the cold that had been trying to come on for about two weeks finally hit and made me miss a day of work. But the cats made sure to keep me warm and cozy!

My arm felt like it was going to fall off from the repetitive things I do at work and really bummed me out. But then I had the idea to attempt working with my left arm instead and it wasn’t too hard surprisingly enough! Hopefully now if I switch between arms regularly I won’t be as sore.

One night we baked up a whole bunch of veggies in olive oil, salt pepper and paprika, then added a little bit of Parmesan cheese. It was so delicious that we made it again the next night!

I think my cold is finally almost gone so I am looking forward to finally having a normal week.

I hope everybody else has a great week ahead!

  1. Ahh, I get terrible pains in my shoulder with repetitive work. I've thought about switching hands though, I don't know if my right hand is any good at things that requite some manual dexterity!

If you're bored with repetitive tasks (I get really bored) try listening to audiobooks, they get me through many a boring day 🙂

  2. Ugg it's terrible. Nobody tells you about those kinds of things when you're in school! Haha. I've thought about listening to audiobooks, but I'm a little scared because I get distracted so easily and completely lose track of what I'm doing. I'll give it a shot sometime though!

  3. Awww, your kitties are SO cute, I always look forward to photos of them! I keep saying we need to adopt a cat and seeing these guys makes me want to even more.
Those baked veggies look so good, the idea of adding parmesan sounds delicious, especially with the paprika – I'll have to do that this week!
