June was probably the best month I’ve had all year. I have settled back in at work and it feels like I never left. I go in at about seven in the morning which means I can get home early in the day and be productive around the house and have plenty of time for fun summer activities!
It’s nice to have my own desk again that I can decorate, without worrying about a different shift stealing my stuff, or blood serum and pee getting splashed on everything 🙂Â
I got back in to clay again after seeing it on sale at the craft store… When I was little I would play with clay every. single. day. For years! I hope this doesn’t awaken anything in me..
We made a flower pot pond and couldn’t believe it when a dragon friend came to visit!
First tomatoes of the year! We made fried green tomato sandwiches with them, so good!
June was a really good month. Finally! Â I hope everybody had a great June as well!
Beautiful recap and wonderful pics. The dragon-fly is amazing. Lovely blog here btw! Would you like to follow each other on GFC? Please let me know on my blog so I can follow back. Thank you.

Isn't it nice to just look back on a month and wrote down what you did? Sometimes I feel I've done nothing at all but then when you start compiling a list you realize all the things you did. I hope you'll share some of those clay creations!! 🙂 Here's to a great July!
I love the idea of the flower pot pond, I fear that would invite more bugs to bit me however. Great photograph of the dragonfly!
I think working early is the best because then you get home early and you have the whole day left! Working with clay sounds cool. I would love to see what you create!

Thanks! Yes we can follow each other!
I definitely have a hard time remembering at the end of the month what I ended up doing, when it comes time to write these. Good thing I have photos to look back on and job my memory!
Ours filled up with mosquito larvae pretty fast, so we got some floating doughnut thing that keeps them away!
Yes! It's the best feeling. If I make anything mildly interesting out of clay I'll share it!
Thx for the follow, followed back on GFC #49 Happy Friday xoxo
So glad you are back on track and finally had a good month and can focus on the positive things in life. Love all the photos, especially the photo of your desk. Great shot with the dragonfly, too. Isn't it magical how wildlife comes to a garden? I've read that butterflies love a dish of shallow water with maybe a few stones in it.
Can't help but wonder what you've been making with that fresh clay. Little feisties & numnums?

That flower pot pond is so lovely, what a good idea!
Great shot of the dragonfly!! They never stay still long enough for me to capture a photo. I hope your July is equally as awesome!
Quite a feat getting a pic of a dragonfly, they always move so fast, pretty pic!
